myaccount d2jsp pc and cell all disconeect


I sent this message on d2jsp "I created my account in 2013 and currently play d2r today the account simply disconnected, I can't log in, I already requested recovery by email, but no email to recover it arrived, it said to wait 10 minutes and no account recovery message arrived, can you help me, sorry I use a translator, if some words don't make sense it must be because of that. So, I sent prints that prove that the account is linked to my email. I apologize, but I created this temporary account to be able to send messages on the forum, as it needs to be linked to an account to be able to send messages, after recovery d2jsp can delete this current account created to send this message. I can't log in to my account and I don't receive a recovery password, at the same time my account was disconnected from the PC and cell phone.

the only way you can recover your account is via this link here and not the contact feature:

Provide as much information as you possibly can such as your photo ID if you've previously been requested for it upon purchasing FG on your account,
that would be a contributing factor towards verifying ownership for your account.

I have already sent it twice and another time now including a photo of my driver's license and a print of my previous recovery when I returned to playing in May 2024 as I had stopped playing for a while, and I sent prints of my own email, previously. Patience... Understand that people in charge of this gets many requests and they like the rest of us also have a real life to take care of.

Also it's the 31th Dec/1st January, so it's still holidays for some people.

because I thought it would be automatic, in recovery password I put my nickname and it says it will send me an email in 10 minutes as always happened when I needed to change my password or had forgotten it, I have even sent prints of previous recovery, but even after 10 minutes the email does not come
