One of my close friends IRL forget his D2JSP account email and passwords. He tried to unlock and said he could make a new account I thought that was silly his account is old and has a little of FG. We started playing again with diablo and now big in POE 2 and he wanted to trade some on this. Is there no way we can send driver lic pics, or anything i can do to vouch for him and his account. Just seems like we should be able to do something for him he has many emails i am sure he could guess which one it is the account is pretty old. Any help ?

He will have to use the contact feature ( https://forums.d2jsp.org/contact.php ) and indicate all the information he has pertaining to his JSP account (possible names, email, driver's license if he ever did a purchase, PayPal account he used or CC he used, etc) and hope for the best.

Making a second account is illegal and will end up with his account(s) being terminated, I highly do not recommend him to take this approach.

thats the thing i dont know all the question he got asked but he got denied. so if he cant get into old he would have to get a new. That is why i was hoping some old mod or someone may remember me and help us out. shot in the dark.

Staff will only speak to the owner of the account, they won't disclose any information or have any conversation about your friends account.
The best way to get his account back is to get access to the email in which he created it with.
If that's not possible, the second best way is to supply them with an ID if he happened to have donated $$$ on his account.

Account Recovery process only bro. Nothing more. So use Recovery process with all possible information and its will success or no.

Account status and other issues will only be discussed with the account owner.
