This guy has been attempting to scam users since at least December 11th (who knows how many people just didn't report it) by using a drop trick in D2.

It's obvious that the guy is a scammer / multi and is probably laughing that he's had his account for 16 days trying to get people with his drop trick scam.

How do these accounts not get flagged even after reporting them; especially when it's so blatant?

When there are problems like this I think it's good to post publicly just for the transparency, accountability and paper trail.

I don't think annoying Eerock or Textbook with "ban this guy" PM's will do anything; especially if it's already been 5 days since his first logged attempt in the S/A forum.
