Friend has been trying to recover his account for quite some time and is not getting any emails when he tried the account recovery.
Looking for any help/assistance. Thanks.
It just sent an email asking for additional information such as his ID. He submitted the ID associated with the account and purchases and is awaiting additional processing. If anyone expidited this its greatly appreciated as he's been trying to log in for atleast a week.
