It’ll let me sign in on my phone but when I put the same password and gold password on pc it keeps saying one or both passwords you entered is incorrect
Anyone else have this issue?

check to see if you have caps lock on.

I am having this exact issue.
Was sat with d2jsp open on second monitor and when I tabbed back I was logged out and can no longer log in on PC.
I checked cookies, javascript and restarted browser but it will not accept my passwords.

Yes, this has happened to me Many times.

But I got stuck at "the captcha" wouldnt work for me.

So I could enter my passwords, but the captcha i had to type letters and numbers would fail.
I cant remember if the "change password" brute-logs you in or what I did to get in.
I just never logged out again, so it doesnt happen again

- Just change password into the same password, if possible, if not, just change back to old password after.


*If this would work. Not 100% sure.
*Clearing cache will of course remove all saved passwords and you'll get back to step 1 failed to log in again.

Yeah it sucks because I use my pc more for jsp than mobile.
Guess I’m stuck using mobile until it’s fixed

I fixed it by changing password. Another guy from my community had to get a hold of Kevin before his was fixed. He wasn't able to log on for a couple of months.
