500fg to first person to post what I'm looking for. I scrolled for like 20 minutes and can't find nor can get results from google.

Here goes my crappy description.

It's on steam. Open world 3d rpg game. Came out a few years ago. I guess it might be considered "indie". I recall that you start out with a house, but you need to quickly gather money to avoid losing it. Otherwise you need to spend even more to get it back. I could be wrong about the magic system. But I think you lose HP in exchange for gaining mana to cast spells.

Sorry it's all I got. Hope my information is somewhat correct.
