There is a user named KevlarKondom who consistently harasses people in General Chat.

I've tried reporting and moving on.

It is disappointing that someone can abuse other members of this community with impunity.

I understand this thread will be closed, because I read the rules and accept the mods have the final say.
I just feel strongly about this over the time I've spent in GC.

General Chat is why I login every day and it sucks to have people pressured into not participating due to one user's actions.

The best thing you can do is what you already said, report and move on.

GC is lead by Jr Mods found here; https://forums.d2jsp.org/staff.php?g=20 you can gather links and report it to them directly if you feel its serious enough.
