You've already been told, countless of times, to stop engaging with users you think are violating the site rules. Report and move on. This answer is not going to change.
And having that in mind, why, if you believe said user is spamming, are you egging this conversation on yourself?...

It's very simple: If you don't wish for users to post opinions/recommendations, or to get your own opinions challenged, stop posting topics such as these.
