I am trying to recover my old account but somehow it's not working it got denied? I still have access to the hotmail account I registrated in 2007 to the account I even have the orginal mail I registrated with the validation key at that time is there anyway I can still retrieve it or are accounts deleted after an certain amount of years of no activities?

The only way to recover your account is via the recovery link I gave you below. You must provide many account information. Only the account owner can know. List all the e-mails that come to you mind that you have ever used, enter the orb's you have, amount of donation, paypal account, etc.
Provide any information regarding your account that you consider relevant and may assist you in recovering it.

This is not an automatic system. Each such notification is manually checked by the administrator.

There is no other way to recover your account. Only forum administrators have access to information such as payments or e-mail address for which the account was registered.

the recover system is terrible.... I couldnt get mine back I put in my old address when i was young and every a las i couldnt get my ~lvl~up~ account back and had to make a fresh one
