Asking from mediators mostly, or whoever is checking and/or closing what is illegal trade or not..

Im confused why is this an illegal trade, as I did give this dude the 55e as Steam Gifts Cards vs 8000fg: https://forums.d2jsp.org/topic.php?t=105071599&f=279&o=10

I even asked him get a mediator into the trade, and he requested one, tho after we waited 3days needed to confirm or even do the Gift Cards, he choose he just trusts me, so at the end we choose to make it without a mediator. And trade succesfully done.

My main question is: Why was the topic closed and marked as "an illegal trade"??

You cannot make topics looking to sale (that's considered an FT Topic) thus why the Topic was closed for Illegal Trade.

Ok so, if I got it right, now..

You personally are not allowed to make a topic where you offer/giving Gift Cards, BUT instead people who look for balance/gifts are allowed to make a topic and that way Im only allowed to offer them?

ALSO: I've got non PMs from you..? doesnt show up on my PM list, idk.. (unless you mean the trade-rules below the red text in the topic)
