If the person u are running gets d/c and you wait about 10 minutes u were 44/50 runs into a duriel clear. What do you do? they already paid in advance.


I already sent them a few dms on jsp but no reply.

they might be still running so they haven't seen the message. If service is just for you they should finish / pay some fg back for runs they haven't done. If it's a group then they won't wait for you for eternity - I hope you understand :). It is just my opinion of course. Good luck brother.

I was the person doing the runs so i reached out to a mod as I have never had this happen before.

Just either wait til he gets back online and finish the runs when you're both able to, or refund the proper amount to cover the 6 runs that weren't finished. Once he's back online you can discuss if you'll do more runs or call it good.

S/he might've had urgent matters to attend to or internet downtime, I encounter these situations quite often as well when I'm offering services.

A good-mannered practice would be to offer the user a partial refund in-proportion to how much you charged him/her or at least send them a PM and offer to complete the runs when both of you are available.

Yea I've reached out to him still no reply. I guess its all good and I was a little worried.

Naw stuff like this happens all the time, as long as you and the other traders make reasonable arrangements to settle it then it's all good!
