So I recently contacted an old friend and he was asking why I have (this) new account on JSP when we all had our originals created in 2009/2010 - I just said I stepped away from gaming for a long time and then when I came back I couldn't remember my log in details- so didn't think anything much of it and just created a new account, Which prompted me to try again yesterday, it's only 400fg, which isn't a great deal to me, rather than the old account I know some people value a join date lol.. I was curious if there was any other avenues I could persue to have my old account recovered other than the fogot pasword link as I tried that, submitted as much detail as I could remember but it could not be completed. I origionally used a hotmail account and while this is still my primary used account I do have a gmail as I have come across this issue before where certain platforms don't like hotmail addresses.

Any Info/Help is much appreciated.

The only way to recover your account is via the recovery link I gave you below. You must provide many account information. Only the account owner can know. List all the e-mails that come to you mind that you have ever used, enter the orb's you have, amount of donation, paypal account, etc.
Provide any information regarding your account that you consider relevant and may assist you in recovering it.

This is not an automatic system. Each such notification is manually checked by the administrator.

There is no other way to recover your account. Only forum administrators have access to information such as payments or e-mail address for which the account was registered.

Tbf, I did'nt know that was the case, I'd probs be happy to transfer my fg and have my OG account back from 2010 and close this one or something lol :).... I dont think they're gonna be much help recovering anyway I keep getting mail back saying rejected.

In reality you need solid proof like paypay transation. No-one is gonna give you access just cos u telling them it's your.

I lost acces to steam account few months back (stupid google blocked by email for no reason) and had to provide proof that I actually paid for the game

I've never spent anything so there isn't any "PayPay" paper trail, the fg I had was traded from stuff.. I have all the linked emails etc to that acount still (as I've used the same email address since before I created my JSP account, Just after a long time away I came back and couldn't remember the passwords (usual suspects) but as suggested above assume admin cba as it just keeps getting rejected so I've given up on that account now as also mentioned above it's against the rules too have multiple accounts (even tho i was happy for one to be deleted)..
