I have done what I can. I did everything in the account recovery guide. I have started tickets through the contact portal. I have reached out to any mods who would listen, even account security. I have done everything I can do to recover my account. Every time I ask for help, I am directed to the account recovery guide, or account recovery portal. It DOES NOT work. It tells me “This account can not be recovered” I have spent more time trying start using this site than playing Diablo. I just want some help that isn’t a guide link. Can someone please help me fix this? Can I delete this account somehow and start a new one. I’d really like to start using this site, it looks cool. I’ll donate once I can log-in, I just need to be able to log in before I can do that. Please someone help me

The only way to recover your account is via the recovery link I gave you below. You must provide many account information. Only the account owner can know. List all the e-mails that come to you mind that you have ever used, enter the orb's you have, amount of donation, paypal account, etc.
Provide any information regarding your account that you consider relevant and may assist you in recovering it.

This is not an automatic system. Each such notification is manually checked by the administrator.

There is no other way to recover your account. Only forum administrators have access to information such as payments or e-mail address for which the account was registered

If you fail to recover that account. You can stay on the account you are currently on without any obstacles or consequences.

I am logged in. The device I used to register sucks. I’m stuck using this site on a bad device. I need to be able to log-in regardless of any other circumstances. I need my passwords. If I can’t obtain my passwords, what are my options. The account recovery methods listed above I have already tried
