I have lost my passwords. Did everything in the account recovery guide and the portal tells me my account can’t be recovered. I’m told I can’t delete and make a new account. Am I locked out from using this website? I have reached out and no answer. It has been days. Can someone who has had a similar situation happen to them, advise me on how to proceed?

If you’re logged into the account but don’t know the password and you haven’t had any luck with the recovery, I think the only solution here is that you donate $10 or something to the website and then that way you can try do a recovery again with this information (you donating)?

I just made this account. I have never used this site before. All my posts are about recovering my passwords. I can’t donate anything if I don’t even know for certain that I will recover my account. I have reached out a lot over the last few days. Exhausted all forms of account recovery and tried to contact people who could help and nothing. Why can’t I just delete my account and start a new one. Like, if I make another account will I just be perma banned? That kind of unfair when that’s my only option it seems. I’m not trying to be a problem but how do I solve this?

Who did you try to contact?

Also it should guarantee you a success as it would be ONLY you donating and showing the ID that matched the payment. I don’t see why they wouldn’t let you recover your account even after showing proof of donation.

Thumpr (GOAT) from Survivors Enclave said that If I did everything in the account recovery guide, and put a ticket in through the contact portal, I should PM Textbook as a last resort. I have done all of the above. I’m trying really hard to get my account going on here. People are trying to help but I’m unable to recover this information. I don’t see why I can’t delete this account and start a new one. I was messed up when I made my passwords and can’t remember them. My phone didn’t save them :(

Also another option maybe is you could PM Kevin telling him you’re going to create another account and you will NEVER log into this one again, see what he says.

It could be an exception as you only just joined and of course they will review you if you had multiple account before.
