Try using the direct link of the avatar, meaning have the file extension at the end of the link, link .gif / .jpeg etc.

I took a screenshot of it because you cannot use links from Instagram like that. Then I resized it and uploaded it to imgbb.com
If you cannot use that site, then you can just search on google "upload image", things like imgur would also work. Then you just rightclick the image and copy the image address.

Also I just re-did it because the file-size on the one I sent before is too large and doesn't abide by the rules.
