So, I've been not responding to another user who has seemed to make it a point to quote me and provoke negative encounters.
I've reported their worst attempts and I'm continuing to ignore/not reply to them.

If this keeps up, what can I do?

Block/Ignore/Report is the best advice I can give you.

Keep reporting as much as you can, if you see it continue as you're reporting, feel free to gather links and send them to the Moderator in charge of that forum.

When you click on Report, at the very bottom it will tell you who leads that area. You can report it to them directly.
