Hello dear Djsp team. I am rubertocs. However, I no longer have access to my email of that account, I can't perform a password reset. I still own the Riley reid character. There is a post about it in order to prove my identity. There is any way to recover my account or my FG back?

I already tried to contact support team but they are not helping me to recover my account.

The host name of my last login on rubertocs was added in the recovery aswell...

I created the account at Mexico, State Veracruz and Xalapa city. My last login was there or in Aguascalientes city.

this was the reply from support team for my recovery:

I can even state that my last trade was with Baha-XIII I don't remember if I added the name properly. However his real life name is Carlo and the trade was done with an Italy IP location from his end. What else you need as proof that I am the owner of Rubertocs account?

I can't believe support team is not helping me to recover my account :( This is not the first or second attempt to recover my account. However, I am not getting help. Please help me.

Have you ever purchased FG on your previous account?

If so then resubmit a recovery request with the Paypal account which you used to purchase FG, information of your last purchase such as amount, date and Paypal transaction ID which you can search in your Paypal history.

Information like that will greatly aid in verifying the ownership of your account, also any additional information would help such as previous purchases of forum features such as orbs, star upgrades, raffles (state what you bought, how much and when).

Where was the account created, did you move and login from somewhere else, how long did you stay there, did you recover the account before and if so when... something had to happen in 14 years since the account has been created.

What emails do you remember, what passwords do you remember, did you have breaks in using the account - few months/years that you were inactive, when were you active, did you buy fg, did you have warn... include everything you can remember about the account.

Basically, no one is going to help you unless you bought fg in the past vs $. Gl
