Whenever i want to track a topic, the whole page goes greyish-blurry, like there is a popup,but no button, or menu appears. Refresh makes the page normal again, but topic not tracked.

What do i do?

In case you have an adblocker active, try to disable it on d2jsp and try again. Could also be any other browser extensions for example.
