Why would they have buttons to view archive and active but not create? So frustrating trying to solve this with a phone.



Heres the run down:

3 xboxes, gf, sons and mine all playing diablo. We get temp’d after a DC and its never let us back on after a day. I have hard reset the xbox, hell I even unplugged the router and took it to lunch. Still IP’d, can log onto mobile hotspot fine. So I did the traditional advice.

Honestly, there's no point in contacting Blizzard. They'll give you the run around and at the end of the day, your best bet is to wait it out.

The more you try, the longer it'll take.

Reset everything; IP, Modem, Router etc and just wait.

Sadly, it's between a good 12-24 hours. Don't try to log on between that time frame and it should work after. I say this out of experience, unfortunately.

It still appears that after 24 hours I am still banned. Also now mobile hotspot doesnt even work.

Where would I go to check to see if I was actually banned? Just to be clear, I’ve never broke ToS in anyway, if it’s even possible to download mods I wouldnt even know how

Like Southland Mentioned, You have to wait a bit more then 24 hours, I would say even 48 just in case, he had the same situationand tried logging in after 25-30 hours and it kept resetting until he finally decided to wait like 2Days + and it finally let him back in.
