Seeking clarification/help for my friend

He signed up in '22 and has been waiting for the ability to post. I'm not sure if he missed a step during registration or if someone can point out the next steps for him.

I did that, and was still getting the error. Of all things a PM from teerick seems to have fixed the issue.
