The only way a topic will be closed is if you reach the post limit or it violates the rules.

If you are done with the Trade Topic etc you can edit your 1st post with /closed /finished etc

You don't have the "power" to close an topic...

I don't know, gain trust I guess.
But must be more complicated then just simple trust.
