One person (i dont wanna write the name) decided to "mimimi" in 2 private messages and insulted me for my bad english and that he was right with what he said

My question now is, where can i report that user?

Private messages aren't monitored, block the said user.

You can block the user, that's about it.

If it's private messages the best course of action is to block them by hitting the block button on the top right of the PM window, that way they'll be "perma banned" from your PM box unless you decide to unblock them one day.

If the user continues to harass you inside your topics and posts then hit the report button there and a member of staff will review it.

Ah well... So with that being said, private messages where someone insults another doesnt count as "bad" ?

In that case im allowed to answer to his 2 msgs without being worried of any % warn?

No, the rules apply to PMs as well but what I'm saying is you could "perma ban" the user from your inbox by blocking him which is more effective.

Yeah i know that u can block peoples, but what i want is him getting % warn or anything lol

I mean i dont wanna sound like a rat, but in that case i should just pm him and answer the way i wish i could. But then i risk the % warn. Thats what im trying to avoid here

Warn is just an extra line on your profile and it will take a lot to get it to 30% where it starts having some small consequences. Go wild and don't forget to block him before he can respond back

Blocking them is the first step and if the harassment continues outside of PM appropriate action would be taken. If you respond with hate you’re only escalating the problem.
Users can face reprimand for breaking the rules in PM, even if you can’t personally see what consequences they’ve faced. The best course of action here is to block this user and move on. If the harassment continues then contact a moderator and let them know you’ve blocked the user in PMs and they’re still continuing to harass you.
