The rule is 15 posts needed for uploading image
There should be 67 posts I have now shown in both personal User Stats and the left hand side but actually uploading image is still denied

Put img tags around it.

Make sure you’re getting the direct link, that is not the direct link.

I usually just right click and copy image address.
