probably not the right place to ask, but maybe someone here has experience with this topic and can help me out.

my brother forgot his PW and for some strange reason he does not receive an email from d2jsp when he wants to reset his PW.

and when he goes to account recovery they just say "your account recovery can not be completed, your information could not be validated" etc.

is there any way i can help him?

i can vouch that is is his account and his friend stinger42 can do the same, we have my brothers account as a friend since day 1.

idk if help is possible but i wanted to try :x

This is not an automatic system. Each such notification is manually checked by the administrator.

There is no other way to recover your account. Only forum administrators have access to information such as payments or e-mail address for which the account was registered.
