EDIT: I found the "recover your account" tab on the page while not logged in. Any other insight is greatly appreciated. I believe I know the email the account that it was linked too. I hit "reset password" option. I PRAY THAT I CAN VERIFY IT!

Back in 2021, I re-signed up for JSP because I couldn't remember my old username, profile, or the associated email address.

I’m looking for some advice on the following:

1)How can I recover my old account?
2) If I recover it, is it possible to transfer my FG to that account?
3) Can I transfer my stars over to the recovered account?
4) I want to make sure that I report that this is my account as I know you are not allowed to "multi" account or so I believe and would LOVE to have my old account back and remove this one.
5) I recently donated to the forum to gain Donor Forum access. If approved before I get my old account back am I able to transfer that approval to my old account?

1 - Since you have donated on that account, you could possibly recover it by providing your ID and/or bank statements of sorts to prove the account belongs to you (if you had to previously provide your ID when you donated on that account)
2 - Doubtful but I have seen weird things happen, generally they just disable the account and only ask that you do not use the account any longer
3 - Definitely not
4 - There are plenty of instances of people such as yourself who came back for D2R and had lost access/account information to their old account, so as long as you don't use both accounts generally it is accepted here
5 - Doubtful

Wow you really think they wouldn't let me transfer my gold over to that account? I worked my butt off to get the fg this season. I have no problem disabling this account just want my old one back.

They may let you transfer the FG, I don't see many instances of people actually recovering their account from ages ago but it's definitely possible as you earned the FG

I just want the old account back at this point. I can't believe i remembered the account name LMAO. I was sitting here with my wife and had an AHA moment.

The best thing right now would be use the recovery tool and just be patient. Only a couple people are able to handle those types of things so just sit tight they'll check it when they're able.

I'm not sure that they're going to transfer the FG for you but if you want the account back I'm sure that's a potential outcome. Take care.

1) You can use the recovery tool and include ALL the details you can think of.

Where you created the account, if you changed address and accessed it from a new location for a time, all of the old emails you can think of, all of the passwords you can think of. If you had warn or ban on the acc that got cleared. When you bought gold, how much did you buy, when you got that blue star and how. Anything you can think of.

2) You can just, I don't know, send your fg to the old account....
3) No. They want to get paid.
4) When you recover the old account use Multi Report, explain the situation and they will probably close the account.
5) No. They want to get paid.

Thank you for your input. I believe that some of my concerns will be addressed as this site has been nothing but good to me. Hence why I have made numerous donations.

While I understand your sentiment i think they will take care of me and my account.

I get why you would think that but they will not give you access to the other account just because you say it's yours, you have to prove it.

Stars are tied to the account that donated for them and there is no chance for a transfer of stars.

They might make a compromise of the donor forum access if you pass on this account but you will still have to donate on the old one, if you know the right people.
