i introduced my friend to jsp

he just told me he can't log in, can't do a password reset and its telling him his gold/pass are incorrect. Last night he just donated the 10$ for his gold and asked me what to do.

He can use the password recovery form here:

If he’s bought fg recently it’ll be very beneficial for him to provide all the purchase information of that transaction such as the Paypal used to purchase fg, time and date and transaction ID and previous transactions made on the jsp account too if applicable.

He got the password recovery
Changed his password
Logged into account

logged out
attempted to log back in and gets "Passwords aren't correct"

he's done this twice now.

synapse: User is attempting to ensure he is able to log in by logging out after he does a password reset. upon resetting password and logging in successfully the user immediately logs himself out. User is not able to log back in with the credentials that just allowed him in.

He's an intelligent person or I wouldn't even bother you guys with this. I trust he is having some technical issues or potentially could have an operator error that maybe you could suggest a fix for.

User said he's currently logged in on chrome, he's trying to also log back in on firefox simultaneously and is receiving the error. Could this be the issue?[/S]

im currently logged in on chrome after the password recovery...however it stil tells me my password i wrong when i try to log into firefox
the password is 100% accurate as i have it save on my system/chrome/lastpass


if i log out here ( from chrome) it will tell me the info is wrong

im sorry for being such a idiot..i was putting my password for both and not reg password+ fg password

he was putting the normal AND goldpassword on the same text line.

smh. don't judge me by the recruits I bring you guys haha

@ Welcome to the club my friend! These guys are super helpful just be certain to read and re read the rules about 10-15x!
