Because it’s still federally illegal.
Even if it’s legal at a state level, it’s still a schedule 1 drug until they move it to schedule 3. It will never be viewed as legal federally though.

Marijuana is still considered illegal in many states as well as many countries around the world, in such we don’t permit topics discussing it much like we don’t allow discussions on any other forms of illicit drugs or narcotics to take place on the site.
