is infiniti and insight ladder only? i see ppl buy bases for that on nl but idk why if those are ladder only.

Not anymore. U can make those in NL now. :Lol:

Ground, Bulwark, Cure, Hearth, Hustle, Metamorphosis, Mosaic and Temper is LD only now.

They used to be ladderonly (in D2lod and I believe first season D2R) but are no longer

Only latest added rws from most recent patch usually are ladderonly, and for one season only afaik
