This issue is on my PC only, regardless of what browser I am using. It is only my PC - same songs(and it's 90% of music, not just ones in the screenshot) all work fine on roommates PC. Same is true for my mobile device. I have tried clearing cache, cookies, ect - has not fixed issue. Has been going on for weeks.

Have tried google - google has failed me. You're my last chance JSP.
Pls don't make me get Spotify again

This sounds to me like a problem with your PC (Potentially a Blocker on your Internet Provider)

You mentioned "Room Mate" do you currently live in a Dorm (Campus)?

Have you recently Updated your Router or Internet Provider? or perhaps Reset the Router back to "Factory Settings"?

I had a similar problem not long ago where my router was blocking certain websites due to their McAfee built in Firewall on my Router (I use Verizon).

I see, so this issue ONLY happens in your Computer? or Both on your Computer and Your Phone?

Any AntiVirus // Firewall currently being used? or perhaps any Browser Addon? (Pop Up Blocker // Ad Blocker) installed? IF it shows on your Roommate's computer and NOT yours there has to be something else blocking it (Since Both Computer are connected to the same Modem // Router) BUT the the issue is only on your end then there's got to be something else blocking the service on your end.

disabled all add-ons, extentions, ect. Firewall also disabled. Have also used a different browser(google chrome and microsoft edge)

Nothing works. Yes, it clearly has to be my PC, but exactly what on it I'm at a loss on

Have you made a second youtube account to see if the problem is account based?

Just throwing blind darts tbh.

Yeah I was just thinking on pc for whatever reason. Maybe even logging out and back in, otherwise I'd have just tried everything you already listed /:
