Last 48 hours i reported user 12 times MINIMUM and nothing happened he still using my photo and sending msgs

Thank you for the report, however the right place for that is not a public topic in the General Help section, but instead a report to the appropiate staff group which in this case are Members++.
You may go ahead to forward the report to me and I'll be happy to have a look at it.
