I sometimes had this happen when I would close the game, it would NOT be on my bottom bar to click...BUT if I went to Task Manager, it would somehow still be active there......try looking there and ending task then launch the game, if that isn't the case, then it's possible that you bought it online from another website and they sold the same key to someone else, or someone got your key from some other means and you'll have to get another key
