He even lowballs my threads since 1 week...

This is normal, also happened to me with some traders.

If a particular user is harassing you, report their posts using the "report" button. If the behaviour continues, PM a moderator of your choice with links to offending posts.

I also know that Zeon666 is a very active trader in the SCNL section. It's perfectly normal to offer below the bin price, especially if there are no other offers in the thread. I always do this myself, and ofc I also get mixed reactions from sellers.
