I have a problem with the user RUKOOL.

It started with a PM I recevied 11 Jun with threats (reported in this thread --> https://forums.d2jsp.org/topic.php?t=104212765)
At first I didn't know what is it about, but realized guy is selling Fortis and not really happy to have new competitor. I never encoutered the guy before and this was first contact we ever made. Half milion fg seems to enough and no-one else but him should sell!

Since that time I noted that almost every ISO I post my Forti offer, he's posting too. This is obviously allowed, but somehow he's always there after me. I had a feeling like he just follows my posts.

During this period he was also checking on my Forti Shop threads and PMed the buyers from with my thread name. Two guys contacted me on this - one to let me know, other was literally confused and ask if this my other account or some other guy? This is in bad manner and may look like a scam if he use my threads name. I am aware of 2 cases, but believe there were much more.

In recent week the issue escalated - I started to trade ISTs and LOs - the guys starts to show up again in the topic I posted, always second and always offering lower price. I checked - he doesn't have a thread to sell runes. He doesn't sell them unless I try to sell.
He post only after I posted and always with lower price. Few examples:

Again, he doesn't post rune sell offer unless I post first. Always second, and always lower. This is macilious behavior just to screw with me.

From the other recent posts he started to post post like "That’s op for the trash base. Check mine for future." on some Forti sells. Probably will be on more regular basis now.

I did a little experiment today morning . Sold Forti to those guys without posting in their topics, but on PM. Result? No posts from RUKOOL even he was online. I T4T'ed in second thread after I traded - there he is again!

I don't see any other of his rune sell offer except the ones I provided.

Please review the evidence . We both have right to trade what we want - but not in the way he does.
There is clearly visible pattern that he stalks me and post on back on my post just on pure malice.
A corrective action should be taken. RUKOOL is making jsp toxc, hostile enviroment.

For the private messages, you can simply add the user to your blocklist to stop receiving private messages from them.

If you feel there is an issue, the best thing to do is gather the threads/posts indicating the behavior and message one of the staff members located here: https://forums.d2jsp.org/staff.php?g=25
As this appears to be in the trading grounds, a Trade Moderator would be a good place to start.

While users are allowed to post their items for trade in ISO threads, it is against the rules to post items you do not have available to trade or to post your FT items in someone elses FT thread.

We live in an increasingly weird world populated by people that have squirrels juggling knives in their heads. IMO it started with the COVID lock down. I have been a member on JSP since 2009 and I have well over 26k post. IDK other then reporting his counter post in your trade threads as spam and blocking the little nut case that you can do anything more.

Thanks, but I don't think that would work if someone look at these as isolated posts. A bigger picture, context is needed here to understand the issue.

Really cringey behavior from the dude, but I'm not sure there's anything you can do other than lowball his lowballs. As long as he's making those offers in good faith and actually selling then there's nothing illegal about it. The other posts can probably be reported for spam/thread hijacking.

He is allowed to follow you around and offer cheaper runes, as for the rest just ignore and move on as it's not your topic.

You might as well follow him and post after his offers linking your own forty shop and cheaper runes.

Guys, read the whole topic. Based on his post from last 2 months (I bought the search to check that ) he NEVER offered runes unless I did so. This is why my post is so long, to provide this is not sale "in a good faith" but only to screw me up. I am not going to play his game. He has 500k golf, he can afford it.

Just PM trade then.
It's not illegal to undercut people, obviously you've done something to the guy but nothing he's doing is illegal unless his posts are spam which they don't seem to be.

I wouldn't advise PM trading as other issues can stem from there.

You have a choice to set your own prices. This applies how much you want to pay to buy something, as well as selling. If you have a minimum amount you will sell something for set your lowest. If he wants to play tit for tat, move on. It does help to make a shop to sell in bulk/deal. People always want to spend the least amount for what they need, it's part of trading. If you become reliable and your shop does well, more people will flock to you doing good business rather than 1-2fg undercuts

Of course,, block the user from Pming.
