I recently started using this site again with the release of Diablo 4. As you can see, this is a pretty old account. I can receive messages from others, but when I send messages, I never get a reply, and they do not show up under "Sent" folder.

Are you checking the box that says “Save a copy to Sent folder”?

If you don’t check that box or don’t have room it will not save it.

People not replying is likely just people ignoring you.
