Hey. I was wondering it's supported that I buy something in the d2r PC forum, and have a mediator collect it to then give it to me on ps5?

Hey, cross-platform trades are not allowed and as a result we will also not mediate them.
You are more than welcome to request for a Mediator within your platform though for your safety. :)
