The only way to recover your account is via the recovery link I gave you below. You must provide many account information. Only the account owner can know. List all the e-mails that come to you mind that you have ever used, enter the orb's you have, amount of donation, paypal account, etc.
Provide any information regarding your account that you consider relevant and may assist you in recovering it.

This is not an automatic system. Each such notification is manually checked by the administrator.

To answer your question, Yes, Accounts do not get deleted. All you need is your account name and passwords to log into your account. If for any reason your having issues logging in. Follow post #2's response to recover your account.

The likelihood of your account having an email that is not accessible any longer is very high, without that you won’t get anywhere unless you have donor forum access and can prove that you’re the owner with your ID/purchases of fg.
