I need help. I want to understand how the recruiting proces works for becoming a moderator. What are the qualifications and most importantly WHO does the recruiting.

Do they just choose the most incompetent and ignorant person out there? Is that what it takes to qualify?

I am not the first or the 10th to beg for Education for the moderators. What they do is so wrong in so Many ways i cant understand how they still get to have authorty when all the do is absolutly nothing.

The mods here have enabled jsp into becoming a scammer haven.

Tell me. What stops anyone form becoming a scammer here and just fk everybody up?? Because every time whether it was my example or the 6 others that have had the same experience with the exact same guy they do absolutly nothing! On the contrary mods are helping this scammer!!!!

Honost people who have never scammed anyone like bigdaane gets a warning for making people aware of this guy being a thief.

And you give him a warning???? For doing your job??? Keeping your platform safe??? Is that how you repay it?? How in the world can the scammer do the same thing 10 freaking times and the mods are scratching their balls waiting to Ban him after the fact.

When he has already stolen and spent the fgs he has. How is this a punishnent??? Losing a 2 week Old decoy user with 0 fg AFTER he has stolen?? What is this dumb proces?? And ofc no compensation Cuz the fg he spent, he spent buying somthing off of someone Else. So suck it jsp user.

Do mods not have Brains??? "Write an SA" "write an SA" i did!! 4 days into him rejoining with his multi account nr 10. What has happened nothing? We're more than 2 weeks into this now and absolutly nothing had happened. I have reached out to the mod in the sa multiple times with no reponse what so ever.

How are people supposed to know he is a scammer? Cuz you guys aint doing nothing. And if we try to spread awareness so that people know what they are getting into, we get punished with warnings and suspensions.

And in every single post he has different ppl Call him scammer! How is this not a red flag??? How is it ok to not do anything about it as mods + prevent others from doing so?? If you have Guardian dogs proceting the Sheep and they start Barking indicating danger nearby. Normal competent sheep herder with brain would follow up on that. But if ur mods were there they would beat the dogs and go back to sleeping or watching Netflix or w/e they do. Tf????

Stop the auto replies. Use ur brain. Connect the dots. Interact with your community. Be thanksful for people doing your job. If i had made a forth of ur mistakes at my job i would have been fired Long time ago

The mods here in the scammer team are just incompetent thats it. They love their lazy auto replies and excuses to not do their job like write an SA (even though they know Damn Well you already did that)

I dont Care what happens to my account after this. This place is a joke. I dont fear that i will be scammed again i know his ways and i have learned my lesson. But the final straw for me is an honost guy like bigdaane getting 10% warning for doing everyone a favour!! Especislly u mods! He is doing what you are supposed to do.

If some known thief came into my store every month with an obvious disguise Cuz he dont give a 💩 and he knows i dont give a 💩 either and robbed one of my customers every month it would 100% be partially my fault. So this is 100% partially mods fault for letting this go on without doing nothing for almost a year now or maybe more.

I would recommend 3 things because thats what i do for work. I find solutions for unstable work places and this place is the definiton of that.

1. introduce "under investigation tags on users that are accused of scamming. That way we as users dont have to do your job and spread awareness regarding a controversial Trader.

2. Fire mods/take away title who refuse to cooperate with users and simply just ignore the users and the only thing they do is auto reply.

3. Have an actual plan on how to end multi accounts. TR has done it to him! Discord has done it to him!! KST has done it to him all via banning his ip adress. Jsp is the biggest of them all. How the frick do you guys not do 💩 when he has scammed more ppl here than all other platforms combined! I tell you why. Cuz this might be the biggest trading site but the mods here are also the Laziest.

Shame on you mods! Go ahead and Ban me for voicing my concern. What do i have to lose? I can just make a new account 😂😂 u guys wont do nothing about it anyways as you have proven time and time again.

Fix this!!! Cuz i promise if this continuesx jsp will become the primary platform for scammers, rejects, and fake accounts. some scammers and some banned from all other platforms, and some just coming back after a Ban Cuz y'all aint doing nothing to prevent it anyways.

It is so easy to do!
Step 1. Create fake account
Step 2. Have mods protect you from ppl exposing you
Step 3. Sell 3/20/20 scs or w/e u wanna "sell" for underprice
Step 4. Take the fg and leave
Step 5. Buy 20/5 scs or w/e with the fg u stole (empty ur fake acc)
Step 6. Sip some cofee and enjoy 2-3 days on jsp before they react.
You lose nothing. They lose everything. And then wait for a few weeks and repeat.

99 will not Fall for it but 1 will. And that one who Got scammed can go cry as far as mods are concerned. aint no help from the mods coming your way.

Only once has it happened where he left empty handed with a new account. Through vigilantisme from hero Ashirgo! Nothing from the mods. On the contrary they almost punished him too for it even though they knew the other guy was a scammer and they banned him..

After the fact ofc. They banned him after he almost succeded in scamming. Not before. No way we dont do that here in jsp. U have to get scammed first then the mods will start their "work" even though you have been sounding the alarm for weeks. + they will wait till he has emptied his fg ofc. Cant Ban him with fg/swiftly. no we cant have thieves have consequenses here on jsp right?

Go ahead mods panic close this thread so that ur superiors dont remove ur title for the Extreme incompetence you have shown. Much easier than doing the right thing thats for sure. And from what i see all mods i have interacted with choose the easy auto reply instead of actually looking into things. It doesnt matter if 7-8 different ppl point out the same thing. Mods dont Care.

incompetence is a fact you cannot run from and is relevant if you have a position of authority and you malpractice. I am hoping for some mod to look at this and Think "hey we have a problem here. Lets try to look into this thing. 7-8 different people saying the same thing about a guy who has only been here for 2,5 weeks? Somthing is fishy!"

But the most likely outcome is:
1. Thread will get CLOSED
2. I will get banned/suspeneded/warning
3. Back to Netflix with the mods. Cuz they refuse to give a 💩

cool down. Starting a drama on GH won't help anything. Verifying fraud in SA is a complex process. If you have any questions about how this is done, please contact one of the moderators who deal with this section. Wait patiently until your case is completed.

I have contacted the mod multiple times with no reponse. Only outcome i have had since starting the SA has been a 30min suspension.... for me.... cuz yeah its all just a conspiracy appearantly. Me and 7 others i have no clue about have had the same experience but yeah.. must be a very complicated equation

What I can advise you is if you think that someone has multiple accounts and you have proof of it, submit a report via this link, describing everything in detail.

I think the real issue is that the moderation team is aware that we are dealing with a confirmed known scammer here, but as regular users we don't receive any information why mods allow this guy to operate for so long.

It's very easy to provide a blank response like "report this, PM a mod about that". But I see a gap here in a situation where multiple users are able to identify a fresh multi acc of a scammer and by the current rules are asked to sit idly and watch him operate.

That's why regular users turn to vigilantism, given perceived and inexplicable inaction from the mod team.

Fact of the matter is that the proces is flawed. there HAS to be an "under investigation tag" if we are not allowed to spread awareness.

You are all Human and it takes time as you stated. For this case with someone coming back a 10th time after stealing from 9 different ppl, there needs to be a tag on him untill the matter is resolved so that people know this person.

Also so that he knows his time will not be easy this time, scamming on jsp. But as it stands now he Will have more than enough time to scam. I promise you if it weren't for me or the 6 others who spammes his posts one or another would have been caught in the trap by now.

You have to stop this bm way of dealing with this and start investigating. And i dont mean YOU specificly. The mod who gets assigned a glaaaaaaring case like this. There are plenty of witnesses! Ask around. Do somthing. Ask yourself too! Why are there so Many ganging up on 1 and 80% of the "Many" dont know eachother. Why does he not want to accept Bin from ashirgo that wants to pay what he asked for? Is it because Ashirgo beat him to it last time and the scammer left jsp empty handed? Bro. If a mod just spent 10 mins investigating this would have been CLOSED before this month began.

Your post in the S/A section is still being looked over. Yes, it is a process, yes it will take some time, looking over proofs. Before anyone is locked or tagged every thing must be thoroughly looked over and 100% a definitive answer and not heresay. Just because there hasn't been an update just yet, doesn't mean nothing is being done. . There have been instances where the person posting the S/A is actually the problem / scammer. Until a moderator gets back to you, be patient, respectfully. Insults will not help anyone.

What do you not understand? He is the exploit. He has found the flaws on your modus operandi and is in full work taking advantage of your flawed ways. This is not his first or 5th time. If you believe it has to go like every other time you dealt with him before, nothing will change, and more will be victimized.

Find me LESS than 5 on his account.
