Howdy

I've requested a password reset link, which should arrive within 10 mins, but it's been a few hours and i've not received either of the links i requested

It is going to a hotmail acc, but junk/spam has not received it - and i have previous emails from JSP in that mailbox from 2021 and earlier.

Any way to speed this process up?

I had the same issue. It’s a Hotmail/jsp issue as emails won’t ever come. Use a new email for the contact and have old Hotmail as your information provided. I ended up using proton mail and within 30 mins I got the email.
