since returning my avatar and sig image have gone. Not sure why but im trying to add links for new ones and its just saying invalid. Ive had a look and i cant find answers for it.

You need to use the direct image link of the images. These end in a file extension such as .jpg, .png, or .gif.
Right-click the image itself and copy the link, or copy the BBCode (Forums) link from the list of share links.

Keep in mind that the maximum file size for an avatar is 50kb.
The maximum file size for a signature is 70kb, with a maximum dimension of 400px x 150px
