Post like "ty! 2 slot left" and "ty last slot" are all considered early bumping. You can only bump your Topic once every 4 hours.

Post #3, #5, #9, #11, #16, #18, #20, #22 and #23 were all early bumps, replies like that serve no other purpose than to bring more attention to your topic thus equates to early bumping,
you are able to inform users how many slots are currently available in your services without bumping your topic by editing your first post.
