I have a small audio file I want to share with someone, is there a good site for this that doesn't require sign up?

Google Drive is a good choice.
While they will need an email (unless you want the file to be publicly accessible), all you have to do is share the file with them by allowing access via their email address.
Otherwise you can make it accessible to anyone who has the link and then share the link with them.

You can send audio with gmail if less than 25 mb

I was hoping to be able to just upload and send a link that they can just click on, maybe there isn't such a thing. Thanks for the replies men

It will send an email with a download link to the recipient's email address
