Dear Administrators and Senior Moderators of the Diablo 2 JavaScript Parser Forums,


I am writing to you to bring to your attention the concerning state of the Polish section of the International subforum. Specifically, I wish to highlight the issues related to the remarkably low quality of moderation within this section and the ongoing harassment of its members by certain individuals in the moderating team. Below, I provide an overview of these issues and present incriminating evidence against two particularly problematic individuals among your moderating staff. These individuals have, for an extended period and with apparent ill intent, harassed law-abiding members of the Polish section, deliberately misinterpreted forum rules and regulations to the members' disfavor, and in such a way seemingly inflated their activity levels with the aim of producing a fraudulent base for their advancement within the moderation ranks.

To provide context, the Polish section has a history of poor management by unqualified personnel. Despite their familiarity with the Polish language and culture, the moderators of Polish origin have failed to effectively manage the section. For years, the Polish section suffered under the inept moderation of the former moderator Rogal. Thankfully, this individual has since retired from his unpaid duties, now reserving his poor judgment and taste for his friends, family and acquaintances. However, the departure of Rogal did not resolve the issues within the Polish subsection.

Briefly, the section thrived under the competent leadership of Moderator miton84, who guided the Polish section to its peak. Unfortunately, due to personal responsibilities, Moderator miton84 had to step down from his voluntary position. Despite his departure, his tenure is fondly remembered as the greatest period for the Polish section.

Following the absence of viable candidates and the inexplicable and unjust banishment of the natural successor, Dear Member Pozer, the Polish section was left leaderless. This void has been exploited by certain individuals who have sought to assert their perceived power by wreaking havoc within the section. The primary offenders are:
- Moderator Munky
- Junior Moderator Theonlydenny (also known as Denny, Beny, or Benny Hill)

These moderators have been observed frequently in the Polish section’s “Browsing” list at the same time as waves of topic closures, inexplicable member suspensions, and unwarranted warnings were dealt out. Neither of these individuals possesses knowledge of the Polish language or culture, leading to frequent misinterpretations of Polish members’ actions, often based on mistranslated reports by dubious sources and their Polish confidants (likely Russian spies).

On behalf of the Polish section, and in my capacity as the self-appointed Public Prosecutor General of the Polish Section, I hereby formally accuse Moderator Munky and Junior Moderator Theonlydenny of the following crimes:

• Racism against Polish members,
• Misinterpreting forum rules for personal gain, likely to inflate their activity levels in pursuit of additional moderating privileges,
• Gross incompetence and unfamiliarity with the forum's Rules & Regulations,
• Illegitimately closing numerous topics in the Polish section,
• Moderating the Polish section while intoxicated (likely with their pants off),

• Baseless long-term suspension of Dear Member "Fan_big_cyca" (https://forums.d2jsp.org/user.php?i=1422756),
• Illegitimate warning percentage given to Dear Member "DrizztEU," a forum donator (https://forums.d2jsp.org/user.php?i=1371042),

I urge the Senior Moderating staff and administrators to take appropriate action. The Polish subsection deserves better. I am also open to further cooperation with the relevant higher authorities to resolve this matter.
