Post 2 is correct. Instead of addressing site violations yourself, report them. You can report this type of behavior directly to a Junior Moderator via PM, as they handle that area of the site.
The behavior you're currently demonstrating, in the topics you are referring to, only serves to egg the situation on, which I'm sure you are already fully aware of, given you extensive warn history.

Follow the instructions you've been given now, and numerous times in the past. Do not create further topics in this regard.
