greetings brothers, i need some help here! so i know this is a hardware issue because it happens even after reformat/fresh install. anyway:

computer freezes for like half a second at certain points and then unfreezes and continues normally. this happens more on more hardware intensive processes. so if i play a game it will freeze more often than it would on just watching a youtube video, and it freezes more on newer games. but dont get me wrong, i could be playing might & magic 7 and it will still freeze when clicking on a door or something it appears to happen on graphically intensive processes, i assume its graph card or ram but im not an expert so what do i know

Open up Task Manager, and go to the Performance tab. When the freezing/slowness happens, see what component is near 100% and it should tell you what's faulty. If you take a picture and post/PM it to me I can assist you further when I have some time

That definitely means there's an issue with your processor. You may need to clean it out, replace the thermal paste or ultimately replace it

What kind of CPU do you have? and CPU Cooler? I would check both of them (Most CPU Coolers) now come with their own App where you can monitor temperatures and modify at which speed you want the Fans to run @ while Gaming // Idle.
