Appearently he thinks he is allowed to post in other peoples topics.
And judging from pms it doesnt seem like he will stop.
Its been going on for TOO many years, and this is exactly why i have yet to remove my profile-notes....

But this is a bit more delicate matter, where a group of people Actually still harassing someone for 7 whole years on this site.

You clearly did not even read the first rules.

If someone is spamming the topic, press the report post button. Each report is checked by the staff team and, if there are indications, appropriate and adequate action is taken. Also remember that not every staff activity is visible to you and the fact that you cannot see an action does not mean that it has not been taken.

And as you can read above, he did actually think he was allowed to post.
Even referring to the rules himself.
And we are talking about 7 years of public harassment (in topics, not pms)

If you encounter any inappropriate behavior on the trading grounds, please utilize the report button and block the user to prevent further unwanted contact.

If he continues to harass you in trading grounds after you’ve taken these steps; gather up the evidence and send them to a trade moderator.
