I haven't found anything regarding resellers.
I think i know they are allowed as i've seen advertisement for it in the d2 forum but.... my question is, is either side protected by d2jsp scammer system?

How do I keep records for proof? is there a system to follow? Are there any rules?

is it just straight up an honor system?

Maybe I'm just blind but i haven't found anything about it in the rules.

Selling items for another user and charging a fee/commission is completely legal. the d2jsp SA section does take these accusations (should the arise) seriously, and if scams are occurring as a result of them, action(s) will be taken.

As far as for your own safety, I'd make sure that the agreement is 100% clear between both parties, document/keep all records such as messages related to the service, and every trade you complete and the amount of fg involved, etc...
