I am able to be on my JSP account while I am on my phone but can’t remember my password to log in on my PC. I have done the whole “forgot password” thing which never sends me the email. I even applied to get help on this and register another email. Once I give all of my information they send an email to the email I provide to verify it is me. I click the link and get an error message saying “invalid recovery information”. For the love of god help
