So I'm trying to change my account email but the "I forgot my email" option just sends you through a process that resets your password. I'm about 99% sure I'm inputting the correct old email but jsp tells me it's wrong. Is there any other way to do this?

You can try with I forgot my password and see if the email is correct.

To change your email adres go to Settings -> email
And there is a form to fill - old email, new email and your password.

No need to use "i forgot my email" option if you know your old email.
