if i log in with the same account on PC will my psn stash be there

It's cross save, so as long as the account you login with on Psn matches the account you login with on your PC you'll be able to access all items/characters.

Yes. Cross-progression exists in D2R.

little off topic but honest question, does this mean all items are basically worth the same across the board meaning all platforms on jsp?

ber would be same price on pc as xbox ect?

Not all play Xbox and pc etc. Demand, player base and so on

If your using the original BNET account you purchased the game on then yes.
