Hi there.

I've had to make a new account as I can not log into my old account.

I have forgotten my gold password, when u try and do an "account recovery" it tell me "account recovery is allready in progress for this user"
But I have not received any email, (yes I have checked my spam)

Can I please be invited to the discord server to get this sorted out?
Or can someone please help me on here.

If you are using the site's contact feature Account Recovery and cannot regain access to your account, the account is gone.

I just re - read the account recovery forum.

I was being a dum ass and not reading it correctly, i was putting in the same email adress for the recovery email, as the account is logged to.
